For demi-fine and fashion jewelry pieces:
- Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- When possible, original designers will perform repairs
- A nominal service fee will apply
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs

For authentic Mary Frances handbags with certificate of authenticity:
- Repairs are available directly through the brand
- A small service fee will apply

- Hardware restoration services are available
