Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for merchandise exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you may bring your item into the store location you purchased from or contact us at delray@uniqueboutiquejewelry.com for Return Authorization. Please note that returns being shipped will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card to your customer profile to be used for a future purchase. You will receive a Gift Card code sent to your email address which can be used for online purchases at Checkout. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including special orders, custom designs, and jewelry that has been resized for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the store credit you have received.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for purchases. In the event you have made a mistake while purchasing online and need to correct an order or cancel a double order; contact us immediately, before the item is processed and shipped, and we will assist you however necessary to correct and/or cancel the order. Once an order has shipped, it is treated as a regular purchase with the same policy guidelines stated above.
